These clients had a vision to subdivide two existing vacant sections into three new allotments and erect a 3-bedroom residential unit on each. Our team ensured a successful design outcome that met our client’s objectives as well as regulatory realities.
The area was identified as being in a multiple hazard zone, as well as being in the Invercargill Airport flight path. WM Environmental worked alongside the client as well as Regional and District Council Staff to obtain the information required, including identifying affected parties.
